We use only the freshest of ingredients sourced locally; in fact you may even see the fish you order being brought in by the fishermen on the beach. Depending on their catch lobster, tuna, barracuda, cassava fish and red snapper can be available.
There are French, African, Carribbean and West African influences on our range of delicious dishes. While fish is naturally our speciality we also have meat dishes using quality meats from the region.
